Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in handling the information requests we receive.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients
The form is processed on Google Cloud in Madrid (Spain). The message is delivered by email through Amazon SES in Ireland, within the European Economic Area. reCAPTCHA Enterprise, from Google, protects the form from automated submissions. We do not share your data with any other party, except where required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ines@inesingenieros.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
